TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms & Conditions agreed between Tour members and Dhesu Travel & Tours (M) Sdn Bhd (hereafter known as the Company)
   
1. REGISTRATION / DEPOSIT
 
A deposit of RM 500.00 is to be paid upon registration and the balance of the tour cost shall be paid 4 weeks before the date of departure.
   
2. CANCELLATIONS
  Cancellation fees shall be imposed as follows:
 
6 weeks before departure - RM200.00
4 weeks before departure - RM300.00
3 weeks before departure - RM400.00
2 weeks and less - RM500.00
   
 
An additional cancellation charges of RM200.00 / tour member shall be levied during peak / festive season.
   
3. TRAVEL DOCUMENT
 
All passengers must personally ensure that their passport be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Assistance for visa application is offered by the Company, approvals of which cannot be guaranteed. The Company cannot be held liable for any loss of passport(s) due to any reason whatsoever including without limitation, negligence on the part of its employees, agents and/ or servants.
   
4. TOUR FARE INCLUDES
 
Return economy class group air ticket, transfer between airport and hotel, hotel accommodation on twin-sharing basis. A single supplement hotel accommodation shall be applicable where twin sharing basis is not possible. Meals, sightseeing, admission fees and mode of transportation shall be as indicate in the itinerary. Baggage allowance is 20kg per tour member.
   
5. BAGGAGE
 
The company assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to all baggage or belongings whilst in the custody of the airlines, other transportation suppliers, accommodation suppliers. However the Company shall assist in the submission of relevant claims provided it does not hamper the conduct of the tour.
   
6. EXTENTION OF STAY
 
Extention of stay is permitted but subject to flight confirmation and other relevant arrangements. All cost incurred in relation to the extention of stay including airport transfers shall be borne by the tour member.
   
7. TRAVEL INSURANCE
  Tour members are recommended to be covered by a travel insurance scheme.
   
8. SERVICES / HANDLING CHARGES
 
Relevant Service / Handling Charges shall be applicable for name change on the issued tickets, request flight deviations and extentions.
   
9. RESPONSIBILITY
 

The Company acts as an agent for airlines and others principals providing transportation, accommodation and other relevant services for the hour. The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to you or belongings or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences beyond its control including delays / cancellations, breakdown in equipment / mode of transportation, thefts, strikes, medical or customs regulations, cancellations, changes in itinerary or schedules, etc. The Company reserves the right to alter the itineraries, travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, etc if necessary or in the case of force majeure. The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason, including insufficient number of participants.

Under such circumstances, the entire payment shall be refunded without further obligation on the part of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to require any individual to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that his / her act or conduct is detrimental to or incompatible with the interest, harmony, and welfare of other clients and the tour as a whole and the Company shall be under no further liability thereafter to any such person.

No guides, tour leader / escort or agent of the Company is authorized to commit the Company to any liability whatsoever and the Company shall not be bound by any statement or representation by any unauthorized personnel.

The special flight air ticket issued is based on group travel and is restricted to respective airlines, it is strictly non-endorsable, non-refundable and non-reroutable. Alteration on the routing or date of travel is at the passenger’s own risk. No refund will be made to any person for unused air-ticket or who do not partake in any meal or sightseeing tour or accommodation not used in part or full. The tour fare is subject changes without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, increase in air fares and land cost.
